Ian Logan’s Journey to Excellence
Ian began his career at Lloyd’s of London, moving to South Africa in 1992 and joining Aon (Glenrand MIB), where he held various roles across marine, commercial, and corporate insurance, eventually being appointed Marketing Director. After this, Ian continued his role in the insurance industry by joining TransUnion in 2007, where he was responsible for the rollout of insurance-based data and analytics. This was followed by six years at Transaction Capital, where Ian established an insurance recoveries division. In 2021, Ian rejoined the credit bureau industry as Chief Revenue Officer at Inoxico. In February 2024, Ian embraced a new challenge at RBS, poised to make significant contributions toward advancing the company’s ethos of excellence and client-centric solutions.
John Mullin’s Professional Milestones
John began his career in Financial Services with Old Mutual in 1992, working with their leadership assessment and development team. His career in human resources has spanned over three decades, during which time he has built expertise in transforming organisational culture, raising employee engagement levels, and unlocking people’s performance potential. His full-time roles include heading Organisational Development teams and establishing HR teams from inception for organisations in growth phases. Before joining RBS in 2024, he was Head of People and Culture at Xneelo. In this web hosting business, he established a People Experience team that enabled the entire employee lifecycle. John continues to be a writer and keynote speaker on Leadership, Culture, and Employee Engagement and has established a podcast to explore topics in the evolving world of work. He is an HR disruptor and promoter of agile principles and values that support organisational evolution.
Pierre Du Preez’s Remarkable Career Path
Embarking on his professional journey at Willis Towers Watson, Pierre seamlessly transitioned into roles with a specialized focus on the intricate realms of manufacturing and mining sectors. His tenure at Willis was marked by a dedication to excellence and a deep understanding of the complexities within these industries. Transitioning to AFGRI, Pierre shifted his focus to the pivotal domain of agricultural insurance, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to serving the agricultural community while refining his expertise in risk management within this dynamic sector. 2019 Pierre embarked on an exciting new chapter by joining Aon, underscoring his commitment to continuous growth and innovation. At Aon, Pierre was integral in expanding and fortifying the corporate team, leveraging his adept leadership skills and profound industry knowledge to drive organizational success. In February 2024, Pierre embraced a new challenge by transitioning to RBS. Armed with a rich tapestry of experiences and insights garnered throughout his career, Pierre is poised to make significant contributions toward advancing the objectives of RBS, embodying the company’s ethos of excellence and innovation.
